Iron Flame

4.5
This sequel gave me everything I was seeking. It continued romance with a conflict that felt authentic and relatable.(unfortunately, through expanding on Xander and Violet’s flaws). Expanded on previous world building and added new situations to continue my interest. From the onset, I had a huge emotional investment in it and so I was immediately entralled. Yarros plays with emotion and perhaps creates unnecessary conflict, however if I don’t think too deeply, I truly enjoyed eating this book up!
